Milk Baby can be found in all Chemist Warehouse and selected Coles and Woolworths supermarkets, Baby Bunting stores, Bubs Baby Shops and Discount Drug Stores.

Delivery
Yes, we are very proud to be an International company. Not only are we stocked in numerous countries world wide, we are also happy to ship directly from our Milk & Co Head Quarters*.
*Please note particular countries may be subject to extra fees and taxes. In the case that Milk & Co are unable to organise a reliable carrier to ship to a particular country, an order may be cancelled. Customers will be notified of any extra charges, delays or issues via email.
Standard shipping in Australia is $10.00.
Products
Milk & Co is a home grown Aussie product and we endeavour to keep it that way with all manufactures of product based in the green backyard of Melbourne, Australia. Where necessary we do use some overseas suppliers however, this is minimal and we only do so to offer you 100% satisfaction on your latest Milk & Co buy.
No products in any of our ranges include parabens.
Whilst we’ve formulated our products to ensure they are as kind and gentle to all skin types as possible, we unfortunately can’t say that every Milk & Co user will have the same experience when using our products.
If you have sensitive skin and are unsure of whether Milk & Co products will be suitable to your skin, we recommend patch testing products before you use them as a precautionary measure.
Test a small drop of the product on your skin (we suggest on your hand or behind your ear - not the face!) and if your skin is clear with no irritation 24-48 hours later, you’re good to go!
If you have any known allergies or ingredients you know don’t agree with you, it's best to check the ingredients of a product before you use it. You will find the list of ingredients for each product on its page.

Definitely not! Many of the Milk Baby products are useful for all ages. Who doesn't love a massage, a clear nose and non smelly bathroom!
Absolutely! While we categorise our products into different ranges, they aren’t gender or age exclusive at all. Women can use the men’s face wash and scrub, just like men can use the women’s ultra light moisturiser. It's all comes down to which products you like the look, smell and feel of - regardless of which range it comes from!
Both Milk Baby and Milk Her products are comprised of ingredients that are 95% naturally derived, whilst our men's range is comprised of marine based ingredients.
You may be wondering, why only 95% natural? Why not 100% natural? Do you really need preservatives? Let us explain below...
Preservatives are used to prevent cosmetics from spoiling, without them you would most likely have to store your favourite products in the fridge! Preservatives are what keep tiny micro-organisms such as bacteria and mould from contaminating your products.
When a product becomes contaminated not only does it lose its effective properties, but it can also cause reactions in your skin that you haven’t previously experienced. So by using minimal amounts of preservatives we can ensure that your products will stay preserved for a longer period of time, and will continue to do their job effectively whilst keep your skin protected. Remember, if it doesn't look right or smell right - it's time to throw it away!
The ingredients for each product are listed on it's individual product page. Click on the product you are interested in. You will find the description of the product along with the option to add it to your milk bag or to your wishlist, underneath these options are 3 tabs for Delivery, Advice and Ingredients. Select the ingredients tab and the full list will be displayed.
To our knowledge there is no risk associated with the use of/contact with any of the ingredients we use within our products during pregnancy.

Unfortunately we have put production of the new batch of Toothy Pegs on hold. We've taken on feedback from everyone and in our attempts to create a new and improved Toothy Pegs we've run into some delays sourcing ingredients. So we have made the decision to put Toothy Pegs on hiatus for the time being. We can't tell you when, but hopefully sometime in the future they'll be back helping keep bubbas' teeth bright and shiny!
Refunds, Returns & Missing Items
Absolutely! Milk uses top internet security to ensure that credit card details remain safe.
A happy Milk & Co customer is our favourite and we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your products. We will accept returns on the basis that a few key pieces of information are met.
All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Please notify Milk & Co if you experience any issues with your order prior to returning any items. When returning an item please include a note containing your name, order number, and reason for return. Items returned without any of the above information will not be accepted.
At the time of ordering it is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to resend the order to the correct address at our expense.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Milk and Co product , we would be happy to assist you with a credit exchange for a new item guaranteed to make you smile.

We get it, mistakes can happen! We can assist with any incorrect orders placed by offering you a credit towards your new purchases however will not be able to offer a refund.
At the time of ordering it is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to resend the order to the correct address at our expense.
All parcels returned to sender (Milk & Co Head Office) due to incorrect address supplied by the customer, acceptance refusal or unclaimed from the Post Office will incur a return fee. Customers who wish to have their parcel resent to them will be required to pay the re-postage fee.
We will endeavor to follow up on any missing or lost parcels with Australia Post and Fastway Couriers on your behalf. Should you believe your parcel is missing or lost please contact us at orders@milkskincare.com
All products are checked from quality before dispatch, and while we try our best to ensure that all products are delivered to you in perfect condition – the product may be damaged in the delivery process.
- If your item is damaged in transit, please contact orders@milkskincare.com.If possible please attach photos of the damage to support your claim.
We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place.
